Etel Margarita Bacigalupe-Di Fabio
Uruguayan born in Carmelo, departament of Colonia.
Lived for one year in the city of Takamatsu, in Shikoku Island (Japan) where for the first time she came in contact with Sumi-e (sumi meaning ink and e painting). She continued her studies in Vancouver and later on in Ottawa (Canada) with Professor Tomoko Kodama. She became a member of Yohaku Group, formed by Professor Kodama. This Group had exhibitions in several Canadian Provinces as well as in Japan and China.
